CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Health Care and Well-being Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Initiate and execute projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish and manage project processes, schedules, resource requirements, costs, quality, and risk.
- Assess standards' needs and develop business cases and plans to address them.
- Develop proposals and contracts, and conduct financial analyses for new projects.
- Liaise with internal and external partners, including clients, management, legal, and finance, to obtain project buy-in and approvals.
- Identify research topics and participate in research projects to generate knowledge and inform standards.
- Post-secondary degree in health sciences or similar field.
- PMP designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
- Standards development experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of the health and safety standards industry, government policy, or industry landscape.
- Significant experience writing proposals, grant applications, and business plans.
