Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring that all staff members are working together efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our staff members improve their skills and advance their careers.
  • Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
