Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Halton Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients, assessing their nutritional needs, and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and training to patients and healthcare staff on nutrition-related topics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in clinical nutrition
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices in nutrition care
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
