The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic professional who plays a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy for the Internal Audit function at Citibank Canada. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of the business and the ability to design and deliver complex learning programs that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs of the Internal Audit team, including training for new joiners, role-specific programs, and global talent-related programs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and identify opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact.
- Provide management and consulting services to Internal Audit team partners, including analysis of current versus future state gaps, identification of root causes, and determination of appropriate solutions.
- Help develop and execute parts of the learning and development strategy for the Internal Audit function, including the design and delivery of key programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR to provide integrated experience for the Internal Audit team.
- Stay abreast of the latest external market trends and anticipate their impact on future capability requirements for the Internal Audit team.
- 6-10 years' experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on instructional design and e-learning development.
- Extensive experience developing training modules with e-learning software, including Brainshark, Area 9, and DominKnow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to edit lengthy text passages and pull out key points.
- Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a solutions-focused and innovative problem-solving approach.
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to facilitate virtual and face-to-face classrooms.
- Highly adaptable and positive about change and ambiguity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred but not essential.
