Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in proactive analysis of training needs and validate approaches, tools, and training content.
  • Develop and update technical training content and practical activities.
  • Deliver training sessions and support new employee integration.
  • Act as a resource person and provide technical expertise for complex operational problems.
  • Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners and promote continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Learning Advisor with a Preflight Mechanic profile to join our organizational learning team. As an advisor, you will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions that help achieve manufacturing plan objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preflight aircraft Mechanic.
  • College Diploma (DEC) or AEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in learning, adult education, project management, coaching, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence people, team spirit, and adaptability to change.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and proficiency in French and English.
