Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead by example with a customer-driven attitude, providing exceptional service
  • Ensure each employee delivers an incredible experience for our customers
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, provide training, and offer regular feedback
  • Ensure day-to-day operations and delegate effectively to meet deadlines
  • Effectively control inventory and minimize costs to ensure profitability
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of management experience
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurship
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of organization and structure
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs with team assistance
