**Job Summary**

Bruce Nissan is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Mechanic to join their team as an Automotive Service Technician. As a valued member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles in a busy flat rate shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure vehicles are running efficiently and safely.
  • Work closely with our Parts and Service Advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.
  • Coach, mentor, and train apprentices as they develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract.
  • Red Seal License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and a keen interest in training and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
