The Role: Strategic Consultant

As a Strategic Consultant at Slalom, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients solve complex business challenges and achieve their strategic objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop innovative solutions, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business problems and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate insights and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
  • Proven experience in consulting or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Slalom offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $168,000 to $212,000. In addition, eligible employees may receive an annual discretionary bonus. We also provide comprehensive benefits, such as health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
