- Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly
- Respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence and various documents
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Proficient in electronic mail systems
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Permanent position available
- Work language: English
- Standard working hours: 35 hours per week
