Position Overview

The role of a Home-Care Worker involves providing essential support and assistance to individuals in their own residences, particularly focusing on the elderly population.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Room and board are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications.
  • Assist clients with regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Support clients during meal times, including feeding assistance.
  • Manage laundry and household linens.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals.
