About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at BIN YAN. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Errands: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment and may be required to travel to clients' homes using public transportation.
