About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Carecorp at Willingdon Care Centre Limited Partnership. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Take vital signs, administer first aid, and provide basic medical care as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including making beds and cleaning patient rooms.
  • Transportation: Safely transport residents between care facilities and within the facility.
  • Documentation: Accurately record resident information and care provided.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

Our care centre is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and dedication. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be working in a nursing home/home for the aged setting, providing care and support to residents with varying levels of need.
