About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Akashdeep Duggal. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Providing Companionship: Engage in activities and conversations with clients to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Providing Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing and Serving Nutritious Meals: Prepare and serve healthy meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
