Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Security Specialist to join our team at PointClickCare. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day facility operations of our building and associated programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and audits to ensure that our premises are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Security and Compliance: Work closely with our Physical Security Manager to facilitate access control issuance and administration, and ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety standards.
  • Vendor Management: Manage service contracts with external vendors and ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to and report emergencies, including medical, fire, and security incidents.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our Workplace Experience Manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on facility operations and security incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as facilities management or security.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a Workplace Experience role, with a strong background in facilities operations and security.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 - $89,000 per year, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Our total rewards package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
