Job Title: Director, Strategic Accounts

TD Auto Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategic Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the automotive dealership industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and revenue in the automotive dealership industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, manufacturers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cash flow lending and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
