Job Title: Director, Strategic Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director, Strategic Accounts to join our TD Auto Finance team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the automotive finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue in the automotive finance sector
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide transaction and advisory support for deal teams on credit structure, due diligence, and pricing
  • Maintain database of pricing and structure comparables, acquisition multiples, and standardized marketing decks
  • Assist in completion of legal documentation as appropriate
  • Provide ongoing coaching and education to TDAF teams to increase knowledge, confidence, and awareness of large deals

Requirements:

  • Experience in cash flow lending and understanding of enterprise value-based credit structures
  • Experience and demonstrated ability in business development and relationship management of clients with complex credit needs
  • Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An undergraduate/graduate degree in business/commerce
  • Minimum 3 years experience with cash flow lending transactions, including syndicated deal structuring
