About the Role

Fusion Security Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budget preparation and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
