The OpportunityWe are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals who are eager to contribute to Stanpac's success. We offer multiple opportunities across our production lines, encouraging career growth within our dynamic organization. The current Forklift Operator position is permanent and full-time, based at our Brenham facility.
Shift Details2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm, Monday – Friday
Compensation & BenefitsWages range from $13 to $18 per hour, with specific details discussed during interviews.
Responsibilities & Duties- Utilize your minimum of 3 years of forklift experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Possess a current forklift certification (preferred).
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods according to established procedures.
- Conduct inventory counts, order materials, and arrange shipments as required.
- Accurately pick, stage, and load orders, ensuring proper paperwork completion.
- Provide support to various departments (Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, Parts) as needed.
- Maintain exceptional safety and quality records.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across all areas, focusing on safety, quality, and production efficiency within the Logistics Department and Stanpac as a whole.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Stanpac policies.
