The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our team at our Smithville facility. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by maintaining inventory and adhering to established work instructions.
- Perform inventory counts, order materials, and arrange shipments as required.
- Support other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain excellent safety and quality records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Forklift role within a busy manufacturing area.
- Current forklift certification preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
