The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our team at our Smithville facility. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform inventory counts, order materials, and arrange shipments as required
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a forklift role in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Current forklift certification preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
