Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell - Burlington mall. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
