Position Overview

Loonie Times Inc is seeking a dedicated Event Management Specialist to oversee and coordinate various events. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of events while adhering to budgetary constraints and organizational goals.

Employment Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee staff and/or volunteers
  • Prepare, present, and manage event budgets
  • Develop financial protocols
  • Review proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage logistics
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets
  • Organize accommodation and transportation arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions
