Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Trading and Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive experiences for clients and business line partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, product offerings, and platforms
  • Actively respond to complex complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • Contribute to the maximization of Contact Centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints
  • Act as a liaison between various areas, including branch and third-party service providers
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing in the New Hire Training program and take on additional projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of technology used to support trading and service functions is an asset
