Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Logistics and Operations: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses. Monitor personnel workloads and locations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warehouse and Work Area Management: Organize and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, prioritizing the safety of our drivers and the timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
