At MANREET TRUCKING LTD., we are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining work records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, and performing general office duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Dispatching personnel as required by emergency situations
  • Following up on issues with work orders
  • Keeping track of shipments
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Processing and transmitting information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Recording mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
  • Scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be required to be flexible, organized, and reliable. If you have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
