Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform quality routine machine and plant maintenance to ensure high factory reliability.
  • Optimize production machine performance through effective and consistent setting.
  • Participate in engineering-focused activities to support manufacturing plant and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to meet engineering standards across the group.
  • Deliver maintenance KPIs to ensure visibility of maintenance performance and required improvement for the site.

Requirements
  • A valid Millwright Certificate of Qualification 433A ticket.
  • Experience in a manufacturing food processing environment is an asset.
  • 5+ years of strong mechanical skills and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong Preventive Maintenance (PM) background, including experience developing Preventive Maintenance plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A self-directed and motivated team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Possession of a 4th class power engineer ticket is an asset.
Physical Requirements
  • The ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • The ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at elevated levels.
  • Frequent bending and twisting of the back, as well as working above shoulder height.
