Job Title: Property Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative and accounting support for our portfolio and property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the property management team, including rent rolls, cheque posting, and account applications.
  • Assist with tenant communications and prepare and distribute documentation.
  • Process invoices and POs, maintaining tracker logs.
  • Assist with basic AP/AR and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and maintain internal databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive office culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of property administration or financial experience, preferably with retail assets.
  • Strong financial acumen and general accounting knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical skills in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with Yardi is an asset.
