ServiceNow ITOM Architect and Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect and Developer to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes based on business requirements
  • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
  • Design and develop interfaces between ServiceNow and internal systems
  • Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
  • Develop changes on the ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
  • Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and provide status updates
  • Prioritize functional and technical requirements
  • Participate in business process redesign workshops and provide technical feasibility assessments related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
  • Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
  • Assist in resolving technical issues
  • Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation
  • Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the project
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics, or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow implementations
  • Demonstrated experience with different ServiceNow modules (including, but not limited to, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
