Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BAR BURRITO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
