About the Role

Felipa Russo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote social interaction.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands, ensuring they have access to essential goods and services.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, including administration and reminders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
