Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at KAA GROUP LTD. involves various essential tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our food service environment.

  • Sanitation Duties: Ensure cleanliness by sanitizing equipment such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to effectively wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Hand Washing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items manually as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items for service.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take their orders.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of items.
  • Food Portioning: Portion and wrap foods for take-out service.
  • Cleaning Tasks: Scour pots and pans to maintain kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary as we provide training for all new staff members.
