Position Overview

RSG Management Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our dynamic office environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and various events.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Work Environment

The role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and efficiency.

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
