Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet specific business and departmental objectives established at the start of each fiscal period.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, offering innovative strategic sales and marketing insights for both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' operations and the competitive landscape.
  • Engage with clients on significant matters to ensure positive and expanding client relationships.

  • Engage in new business initiatives, including presentations.
  • Provide timely and effective financial management of all client accounts.
  • Enhance the professional capabilities of the field team through robust succession planning and annual evaluations.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Deliver exceptional client presentations.
  • Represent the agency externally through conferences and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Familiarize yourself with agency resources and tools to recommend services and additional assignments to other divisions.
  • Manage significant revenue and billing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in an agency setting, primarily in retail merchandising.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Ability to devise and implement strategic concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong and trusted relationships.
  • Proven history of driving organic business growth.
  • Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams that yield positive outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
