- Guarantee adherence to strategies across multiple ongoing campaigns.
- Contribute to staffing plans and budget considerations.
- Engage in new business initiatives, including presentations.
- Provide timely and effective financial management of all client accounts.
- Enhance the professional capabilities of the field team through robust succession planning and annual evaluations.
- Facilitate strategic planning and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- Deliver exceptional client presentations.
- Represent the agency externally through conferences and thought leadership initiatives.
- Familiarize yourself with agency resources and tools to recommend services and additional assignments to other divisions.
- Manage significant revenue and billing accounts.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in an agency setting, primarily in retail merchandising.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
- Ability to devise and implement strategic concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong and trusted relationships.
- Proven history of driving organic business growth.
- Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams that yield positive outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
