The Senior Financial Analyst role is integral to the Technology Finance Team, primarily focusing on the Wireless CAPEX portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technology Finance, the successful candidate will utilize their technical expertise and communication skills to ensure precise and timely CAPEX reporting. This position plays a vital role in the forecasting and variance analysis processes, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across multiple teams. Additionally, the candidate will contribute significantly to various special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate the financial operations of the organization by preparing and reviewing month-end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Deliver insights on financial outcomes and key business metrics while driving continuous enhancements within the finance team.
  3. Engage with key business partners and finance leadership, communicating significant trends, observations, and their implications on the business.
  4. Design and generate dashboards and scorecard reports for management use, assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
  5. Conduct month-end variance analysis and provide commentary against budgets and forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  6. Support financial modeling and decision-making processes that align with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (preferably Accounting or Finance), along with a professional accounting designation (CPA) or an MBA.
  2. 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance.
  3. Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems such as Oracle.
  4. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
  5. Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of interacting with leadership in both business and finance contexts.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
