Job Summary

As a key member of the RBC team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the Amplify Program, a summer innovation program for students. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional talent and innovation results for RBC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day program management, prioritizing multiple work streams, including communications, event planning, budget management, and tracking.
  • Manage a large-scale recruitment effort, coordinating with stakeholders to identify, hire, and onboard 70+ students with diverse skills.
  • Lead and support a group of high-performing students with day-to-day management, focusing on providing an exceptional student experience.
  • Partner and execute on several program events, including recruitment events, orientation day, and the large-scale AmpExpo event.
  • Contribute to the development of program strategy and execution plans, including data gathering and providing insights to leadership.
  • Design, plan, and execute training components of the program, including a 4-day bootcamp and ongoing workshops.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in program management, events, and student experience.
  • Driven, results-focused individual with meticulous organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Passion and proven experience in delivering exceptional experiences, especially with students.
  • Experience thinking strategically and delivering on mid-to-large-scale projects with high impact on overall outcomes.
  • Experience with planning and managing large-scale events with diverse audiences and multiple moving pieces.
  • Experience with strategic communications planning and execution.
