Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Payroll and Social Benefits to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, including benefits, workers' compensation, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire payroll cycle, including benefits and workers' compensation.
  • Produce and issue pay stubs, T4s, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure fair compensation practices are maintained.
  • Administer group insurance and pension plans.
  • Manage payroll budget and track expenses.
  • Produce various reports, including CNESST, employee statistics, and budget reports.
  • Provide expertise on social benefits and pension plans to employees.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in payroll management.
  • Certificate or diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with payroll and accounting software (Dayforce is an asset).
  • Fluency in English and French.
