Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at DNBC Financial Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are implemented on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
    • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in technical project management
  • Skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of software development and IT systems
    • Excellent project management and leadership skills
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
