Your Impact:

As an RPN, you will provide patient-centered, goal-oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards. You will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, fostering trust and effective communication with residents and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and assessing care plans, making adjustments as necessary
  • Conducting clinical assessments and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Teaching and guiding unregulated care providers, offering mentorship and support

Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the relevant province
  • Proven clinical expertise and experience with seniors
  • Background in gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
  • Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
