Your Impact

As an RPN, you will deliver patient-centered, goal-oriented nursing care in alignment with provincial standards. You will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, fostering trust and effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include implementing and assessing care plans, ensuring accurate clinical assessments and documentation, and making necessary adjustments. You will also mentor and guide unregulated care providers, offering support and training.

Qualifications

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the relevant province
  • Proven clinical expertise
  • Experience with senior populations and unregulated care providers is preferred
  • Background in gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the emotional and physical demands of nursing
  • Commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
  • Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
