About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Village team. As an RPN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to understand their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current Heart Save Level of CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and best practices applicable to the retirement and long-term care sector.
