Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Lead Engineer to join our team at Rally Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of process engineers in the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of process engineers in the local office, assigning work and providing guidance and support on technical issues.
  • Project Development: Develop Process Scope of Work and Engineering hour estimate for proposals, and support the Sarnia leadership team with Business Development activities.
  • Design and Engineering: Perform conceptual basic and detailed engineering design in accordance with project execution plan and design/regulatory guidelines.
  • Project Management: Define, plan, and steward engineering scope of work and monitor schedule, costs, quality, and ensure conformance to established standards throughout project stages.
  • Client Interface: Interface with all project team members and Client representatives, and coordinate with Client to ensure timely receipt and delivery of information.
  • Reporting and Estimating: Prepare reports and estimates, such as resource estimates, deliverable lists, and discipline lead status reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Chemical Engineering degree through an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Professional Certification: Registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) as a Practicing professional engineer (P.Eng.).
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract.
