Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at T&Z CONSULTING LIMITED. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and renewing agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Information technology, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, and Electronic mail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
