At Securisquad Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure fair compensation and benefits.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with employees and external partners.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent disease or injury.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Permanent position with 30-35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
