About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Healthcare Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive value for our clients and improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Canadian healthcare landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and proposals to support new product development, service offerings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, actuaries, and sales representatives, to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented strategies and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working within the Canadian healthcare system is an asset.

Great-to-haves:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Business Casing and KPI Scorecard Development.
  • Clinical experience.
  • Knowledge in financial analysis and modeling; ability to build financial business cases for the purpose of providing recommendations and highlighting financial implications.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
