We are currently seeking a full-time opportunity for a Technology Strategy Analyst. This position can be based out of one of our primary offices.
Your Focus Areas:As a Technology Strategy Analyst at Jace Holdings Ltd., you will:
- Assist the Director and Manager of Technology Strategy in steering the integrated technology, data, and analytics strategy alongside cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Support the Director and Manager of Technology Innovation in recognizing, evaluating, and executing proof of concepts for new technologies and operational advancements.
- Conduct thorough research and remain informed about emerging technology trends, consumer behaviors, advancements, market analysis, and competitive insights.
- Identify, assess, and effectively model data from diverse sources to uncover opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development and execution of long-term technology roadmaps.
- Prepare and present engaging presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple strategic projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Facilitate the communication of technology insights and strategies across the organization.
- Gather feedback, monitor, and enhance communication effectiveness and insights strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in technology strategy and strategic planning involving data and analytics.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Project management experience to lead initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods sector is a plus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Willingness to become a subject matter expert in technology, business strategy, and market intelligence.
