Position Overview

As a Financial Record Specialist at Million Deliveries Inc, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare payroll cheques with precision.
  • Assess and calculate fixed assets along with their depreciation.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and generate financial statements.
  • Record journal entries accurately.
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare tax documentation efficiently.
  • Generate trial balances for financial review.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
