Job Title: Call Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Manager to join our team at Express Repair Inc.

About the Role

The Call Centre Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 staff members, providing customer service, and directing and advising staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in telecommunications, operations management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Provide customer service
  • Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
