Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Future CPA Inc. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Software Management: Manage and maintain our accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Reconcile accounts, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
