We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of meat department staff.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
