Job Title: Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel matters to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our meat department team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
